The New Hampshire Lottery has launched a new mobile app to bring speed and convenience to the state’s lottery players.
NH Lottery is growing rapidly
Last year, the NH Lottery blew its all-time sales records out of the water, making a name for itself. It’s known as one of the fastest-growing lotteries in the country.
Lottery Chairman, Debra Douglas, attributes the growing sales to the New Hampshire Lottery team.
“The New Hampshire Lottery’s rapid growth in recent years is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team as we continue this forward momentum as one of the fast-growing state lotteries in the country.”
She hopes that further advancements and modernization will continue to propel the Lottery forward in New Hampshire.
“This innovative mobile app is yet another example of our efforts to embrace the latest technology,” she said. “To engage our loyal players, while also reaching new audiences,”
What can players do on the New Hampshire Lottery App?
By downloading the app on either iOS or Android, players can find convenient ways to play with the New Hampshire Lottery.
The “state-of-the art app” offers the ability to:
- Find the nearest retail locations
- Get notified of new promotions
- Check for winning tickets by scanning the ticket barcode
Lottery players can use the app to check if their ticket is a winner when playing several NH Lottery games. Keno 603 drawings can also be followed on the app.
“We are all about fun and excitement in everything we do,” said Lottery Executive Director Charlie McIntyre. “And what could be more fun than having the New Hampshire Lottery in the palm of your hand?”
Scratch tickets, Powerball, Lucky for Life, Mega Millions, and Tri-State Gimme 5 are all checkable on the app. Players simply scan the barcode at the bottom of the ticket.
Aside from checking for winners, the app can also be used to join and manage the Lottery’s rewards program, My603Rewards. Players can sign up for the program as well as enter to win prizes like:
- Lottery tickets
- NH Lottery merchandise
- Enter second chance drawings
Players can also customize their user experience on the app by setting their preferences to see their top lottery games and the winning numbers quickly.
“With an intuitive design and a variety of features,” said McIntyre. “The app is already a huge success with our players who now have a new, convenient way to engage with the New Hampshire Lottery.”
Lottery proceeds go to New Hampshire’s education programs
Aside from convenience, innovation, and fun, the New Hampshire Lottery mobile app stands to help the state gain even more funds from gambling taxes. As it stands, 25% of all lottery profits go toward New Hampshire education programs.
“Aside from enhancing the New Hampshire Lottery experience for our players,” said McIntyre. “The app gives us another tool to support our mission of maximizing revenue for New Hampshire schools.”
